RTT method – a hypnotic deep-dive
You may think of me as a skilled gardener, and the mind as a garden. When you have weeds in your garden and try to get rid of them by cutting them of the surface, it doesn’t work. Weeds come back, time and again, unless someone tackles the roots. And when a skilled gardener digs deep into the very bottom of an old root and helps you remove it, the weeds are gone.
