As therapist I am a member of the professional association (Dutch Society for Professional Hypnotherapists NBVH) (member number 2022029). Complaints and disciplinary law, as described in the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz), are regulated by the NBVH.

I am also a member of the SCAG disputes body and registered in the Register of Complementary Care Professionals (RBCZ, member number 220597T).

Practical Information

For clients with Dutch health insurance: Most health insurance policies (partially) reimburse individual hypnotherapy sessions as a part of the supplemental health insurance plan.

There is no deductible excess (eigen risico) or personal contribution required by law for hypnotherapy (https://www.zorgwijzer.nl/vergoeding/alternatieve-geneeswijzen)

My practice meets all requirements for reimbursement.

The therapy (almost always) falls under complementary or alternative care.
